Can we just talk about how absurd it is to not have a kitchen in any first-year hall while there is one in everywhere else? RLO doesn't trust the first-years or what?

I do think that it is interesting. I was wondering whether or not it is a way of encouraging first year students to eat in more public areas, so they can get to know their classmates better.
